1. Electrical failure

In addition, the root of the plug is also easy to break, and there are many cases of broken switches. A multimeter is a good way to check the switch. Poor contact of the carbon brush can also cause an open circuit. , there are two ways to check the carbon brush machine and poor contact:

First, observe that the end surface of the carbon brush is smooth and has good contact, and the pitted surface has poor contact. Another way to check is to connect the test leads of the multimeter to the output end of the motor, and use two screwdrivers to press them onto the brush nest and rotor at the same time. If there is continuity at this time, it means that the motor is faultless. If there is no continuity after applying the carbon brush, it means that the carbon brushes are in contact. bad. 2. Sometimes the rotor is open circuited. The characteristic is that when the power cord is connected to the multimeter and the rotor is slowly turned, the reading will change greatly. Grounding is generally caused by iron friction on the stator and rotor. If the iron is rubbed, the stator must be replaced. The other rotor is caused by water or moisture. Just dry it. Large rotor sparks are generally caused by rotor failure. The rotor needs to be replaced. After the rotor is replaced, observe whether there is friction. If the friction is serious, there will be a choking sound when starting the machine. If the friction is light, there will be burnt after working for a long time. The taste current also increases. The reasons for iron friction include loose screws fixing the stator, too loose bearing seat, deformation of the stator shell, damaged bearings, etc.

2. Mechanical failure
