Wire stripping needle nose pliers

  Wire stripping needle nose pliers

Tighten the needle-nose pliers, use an electric drill or hand drill to drill two slots of Φ0.8mm and Φ1.0mm on the cutting edge (front section) of the needle-nose pliers, and then use Φ1.2mm and Φ1.4mm respectively. Expand the drill bit slightly (note: don’t expand through it!) so that the two slotted holes have a thin cutting edge. In this way, a needle-nose pliers with wire stripping function is ready. It is very convenient to use it to peel off insulated wires. Place the wire head in the slot, clamp it tightly, and pull it, and the wire sheath will fall to the ground.

The modified wire stripping needle-nose pliers can strip wires without affecting the normal function of the needle-nose pliers. In the same way, flat-nose pliers (also known as duck-bill pliers and diagonal pliers) can also be modified into flat-nose pliers with wire stripping function according to the above method.
